Once your loan has been approved, our underwriting team will work with all associated parties to set a closing date. After closing, you can request for construction draws via our Construction Draw form.
Approval
Once a New Loan Form is submitted, our underwriting team will work with you to get your loan approved. You may be required to submit additional information via the Document Upload form.
